As others have commented, the game is completely broken, and apparantly the dev can't be bothered to even respond.
Little animations might make this more interesting.
Or if you prefer, just have background sound loops. For every worker hired, add a sound loop of typing computer/talking/etc. Might be funny that way

Does not seem to work at all. Can click to earn a dollar, but none of the workers are adding any income
